I do love to do the full-body workout. I have seen a few videos on performing full-body workouts with dumbells.
What I discovered today was that, just with dumbbells and your own body weight a lot of exercises can be performed.
I am not into bodybuilding, but as I sit for several hours a day in front of my computer, I want to move, I want to take out the sweat because sitting is the new smoking.
