If you don’t inherit anything from your forefathers, you don’t have any other choice. You have to work.
There may be people who have the choice not to work. But, everyone needs to work at some point in time. The responsibilities are important.
Having a reason to work can be more important than just the work. You get monetary benefits only if you add value to someone. Adding value is not an easy process, it takes effort. Sometimes physical effort (constructing a building, manufacturing a bike, etc) and sometimes mental effort (building software, making a strategy for the growth of a brand, etc).
