It’s been many days since I blogged about anything. I am programming every single day. As a full-stack engineer, I get exposure to many areas of computer science.
Backend engineering is exciting. At the same time, there are thousands of things that I need to learn.
Living beings have a limited amount of time on this planet. You should know that spending more time on the things that you don’t love doing is a waste of time. Do not chase something by seeing others or do not do something because of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). Just imagine, your grandparents never used a smartphone nor did not know what the internet is. They lived on this planet. Too much screen time isn’t great.
Computer Science is an interesting field, you have so much to learn that even if you spend 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, you won’t be able to finish things. Because this field is developed through a collective knowledge of people across the globe. So, the things that you need to learn increase every single day. We need to choose the area where we need to focus on.
